Roger Bannister
Sir Roger Bannister is a famous athlete in the sport of running. On March 23, 1954, he became the first human to run and win the Four-Minute Mile. He was an amateur athlete at the time of winning. But after his winning, he became very famous and popular. After that competitive running, he went on to proceed neurology and became a prominent neurologist. In 1975, the Englishman was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II.
