Exercise can be done with our without other equipment. But to maximally gain exercise benefits, you need to use tools to assist in achieving your exercise goals. Also, the equipment will vary on the type of sport or exercise technique you are using. For example, to emphasize the toning of arm muscles in aerobics, you need to use weights.

For flexibility exercises, you can also employ exercise balls as tools. When doing running exercises, you don’t need to go to the gym or jog outdoors. All you need is a treadmill at home to do some heavy-duty walking. Lastly, exercise bicycles function like your treadmills, and provide you with various exercise options.
